The bistro's produce is delivered fresh every morning 7 days per week. All of our suppliers are considered amongst Sydney's finest, providing the freshest ingredients. Our resident chef Philippe Amet has created a delicious and tantalizing menu. Combine this with an open seating format allowing patrons to enjoy a quick business lunch, get together with friends or late night or mid afternoon meal means only one thing - a light and delicious restaurant quality meal in a relaxed and informal setting. The Woolwich Pier Hotel Bistro has an open seating policy, we do not take table bookings.
